The client is a patio heater sales and service business located in Northern California. They had a well-indexed eCommerce site that was running on an early version of osCommerce. We migrated the customers, orders, and products from the osCommerce database into a new Magento installation. The site enhancements included Paypal and Google Checkout payments, and an integrated blog that feeds to the client’s Facebook Fan Page and Twitter accounts.
In 2013 we ported their website to a Magento-optimized host and brought them up to the most current release.
In 2015 we rethemed their site with a responsive theme and added Amazon Payments integration.
The client has taken over the content and design of the navigation, which is the idea, more self-reliance. Desmo Studio handles maintenance, modifications, and upgrades.
